Angela White Dalton concentrates her practice in estate planning, elder law, probate and chancery litigation, commercial litigation and appellate practice. She also appears regularly in municipal court. Ms. Dalton is an active member of the American, New Jersey and Monmouth County Bar Associations, and serves on several committees within those organizations. Ms. Dalton has lectured at ATLA-NJ and for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in areas including special needs trusts and law office management and technology.
Ms. Dalton received her B.A. summa cum laude from Monmouth University, where she was an H.R. Young Scholar and received the Hon. Elvin R. Simmill Scholarship. She received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, with Honors, where she was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Research and Writing. The recipient of several other scholastic awards, including the Harry S. Truman Memorial Scholarship, Ms. Dalton was law clerk to Hon. Thomas F. Shebell Jr., Presiding Judge Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey. She was also a Lyndon B. Johnson Fellowship Legislative Assistant to the Hon. Robert Andrews, United States Congress, First District of New Jersey, and was a legal intern in the Trenton office of the New Jersey Attorney General.
