Lawrence M. Fuchs has been practicing law in Red Bank for over 35 years. He was admitted to the NJ Bar in 1970. He specializes in the formation of new ventures using corporations, limited liability companies or partnerships; operation of business; purchase and sale of businesses; liquidation thereof; income, estate and gift tax issues. Estate planning, administration, wills, trusts, and tax planning are cornerstones of his practice. He is a member of the NJ State Bar Association Taxation Committee. Mr. Fuchs served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is now serving as a Director of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. He is also involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors with use of charitable gifting for income, estate and gift tax purposes. A graduate of the Baruch School - CCNY in 1958, he received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 1970. Mr. Fuchs has been active in Charitable Giving Programs, assisting clients with charitable inclinations to save substantial income and estate taxes, while helping local, state and national charitable organizations.
